I am an Economist from the Andrés Bello Catholic University (Venezuela), I have an
MBA with a concentration in International Business from the Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona, Spain), I obtained a master’s degree in finance from the Universidad de Oriente (Venezuela) and I have executive postgraduate studies in public management, having graduated from the agreement between UNED (Spain) and ULAC (Venezuela). I was an Associate Professor of undergraduate and graduate studies at the Universidad de Oriente (Venezuela) and at other universities in Venezuela. I also have extensive experience in managerial positions in the public and private sectors and doing community work in economically and socially depressed communities. I was president and executive director of the Globometro Foundation.
